Terms & Conditions

1. To confirm an appointment Dress-Me-Up requires a non-refundable  deposit of £40


 2. Deposit to be paid into Paypal, (using either credit or debit card or valid paypal account). These payments will be normally charged to your account on the same day, a receipt will be waiting for you on your arrival.

Confirmation is normally sent by email, with full address, map, directions and a set of instructions to follow, along with Dress-Me-Up terms and conditions.

 3. Appointment Booking Conditions - Cancellation charges

 A confirmed appointment booking, either verbal or written constitutes a binding contract. The following charges will be made for cancellation. If for any reason you have to cancel you should contact Dress-Me-Up immediately.

 Within 48 hours

50% of the total cost as stated on this confirmation email attachment

 Within 24 hours or 'no-show'

100% of the total cost  as stated on this  confirmation email attachment.

4. Behaviour Policy

Your behaviour should not be excessive or rowdy. Offensive or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated and could lead to being asked to leave. Please treat the facilities and staff with respect and care, so that others may continue to use them. We reserve the right to recover from you any costs in repairing, cleaning or
replacing any property damaged as a result of your actions.

5. Privacy Policy

All details held by Dress-me-up are strictly confidential, as are the details of any appointment or fantasy
engaged in. With respect, any disclosure of staff or property details outside of our meetings will not be tolerated and will be considered an invasion of our privacy.
